All items marked as “Final Sale” are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, except in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect.

By purchasing a product labeled “Final Sale,” the customer explicitly agrees to the following terms:

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction, incorrect size or model selection, or subjective quality expectations.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are offered at a deeply discounted price, and therefore are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence for evaluation.

  • Only in cases where a serious and verifiable defect renders the product unusable will a replacement or store credit be considered. Cosmetic concerns or minor imperfections are not grounds for refund.
