All items marked as “Final Sale” are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, except in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence for evaluation.

Only in cases where a serious and verifiable defect renders the product unusable will a replacement or store credit be considered. Cosmetic concerns or minor imperfections are not grounds for refund.
